Description of service
I experienced the following symptoms: temperature running high and noise from the front of the car. I took it into the garage and left it with the service manager. It turned out that the water pump needed to be replaced. I was advised that as soon as I parked it they noticed a lot of water draining under the car. I got it to them just in the right time.
Review of Service
The service was excellent and they were able to fit me in even though they were busy since it was the beginning of a holiday weekend. The service was done quick and professionally. They showed me the old water pump when I paid for the car, even though I said it was not necessary. They wanted to ensure that I understood what the problem was and how they fixed it.
Tips
The main tip is to go have your car repaired when you first have the sign of something being wrong. I waited at first and then when it over heated and started to make a noise I took it in. Fortunately it was a garage that I always use and they know me. If not, they probably would not have fit me in over the holiday weekend.
