Description of service
I recently had to have the alternator on my 2004 Toyota Corolla replaced. I went to the dealership where I had purchased the car and they were able to fix me up. I paid a total of three hundered and twenty five dollars for the complete repair which included the price of the parts (just the alternator)as well as the cost for the repair mechanics hours that it took to fix the car. There was a six percent sales tax as well because I live in the state of Kentucky.
Review of Service
I called and asked the dealership if they could give me a free estimate for the repair, they told me to bring my car in that afternoon. I received a very accurate estimate and was able to bring my car in for repair the following afternoon. It took about six hours for the dealership to complete my car and I was able to pick it up! The people that I came into contact with were very pleasent and easy to talk to they communicated with me every step of the way and allowed me to make the decisions on further repair that my car needed.
