Description of service
The motor for the back window did not work. It affected the light for the hatch, the windshield wipers and windshield wiper fluid. Also, the back window would not roll down. The back door handle snapped and I could not open it. The majority of the payment went to the motor. It took a lot of labor to install the motor. The door handle was an easy fix. The dealership keeps those in stock on a regular basis. I was told that it is a common problem for the handle to break.
Review of Service
The service was mediocre. The mechanics were very polite and respectful though. I was told the car would be fixed in one day. At the end of the day I received a phone call from the mechanic telling me they could not install the motor because they had not got to it and it was time for them to go home. He was very apologetic but it was still very inconvenient. I had to wait and pick up the car the next morning. They did have it ready first thing though. Overall I was fairly disappointed with the time and cost of the repair.
Tips
I thought the price was a little much but maybe going to an auto mechanic shop instead of a dealership would be less expensive.
