Description of service
The front bumper was replaced, and the new one was painted to match the body. Also, the passenger side headlight was replaced with a new one, and the old light on the driver's side was buffed in order to make it look newer.
Review of Service
The service was really good. The new parts look fantastic, and no one can tell that they are replacement parts. The new light does look newer than the old one, but you have to look twice to notice. I received a discount on the labor as a result of knowing the person who did the work. The labor was reduced by 75%, and the cost of labor in the $400.00 total was $100.00.
Tips
Shop around and find someone with experience. Matching paint and adding the nice touch of the buffed driver light was a nice addition. Find someone that you can trust. If you have to, simply ask how long someone has been doing the body work and where they were taught. My tech was trained at Wyotech, which is a leading car tech education facility. I would trust anyone who was educated at Wyotech because I have seen the kind of training they have to go through. Very impressive.
