Description of service
My car would not start one morning when I left the house for work, I called and asked the mechanic at the dealership where I purchased the car what the issue was. He asked me about the sounds and what was going on with my Toyota Camry and then told me that I would need to come in for a free estimate. I ended up paying three hundred and fifteen dollars to have my allternator replaced, this price included the cost of the allternator, as well as the labor it involved to remove and replace the existing part. This price also included the six percent sales tax that is applicable in the state of Kentucky.
Review of Service
The dealershipe was quick to get me a free estimate and they were able to fix my car in about one day. I received a phone call from the dealership during their repair process and was told that my rear passanger tire needed to be replaced and asked if they would like them to go ahead and replace that. I told them that I would wait on the tire. But, they did tell me exactly how long I would be without my car and before I handed them the keys they set up a time and date for me to come in and pick my car up.
Tips
Go to a certified dealer or mechanic that is certified to work on your make and modle! Also, it would be wise to see about getting a warrenty for the part and labor that you are having replaced!
