Description of service
I was in dire need of brake repair, everything from rotors to pads on the front of my vehicle. Also, my car had quit running and I had the alternator replaced somewhere else twice. Finally at the garage I trust it turned out to be my battery cable needed replacing. It had actually burnt through and then of course the car was dead. My parts cost about $125.00 plus tax and my labor was $100.00.
I took it to a garage that I trust and they replaced my front brake pads, my rotors, cleaned and adjusted my rear brakes and also replaced a wire that had burned on my battery.
Review of Service
The quality of this service garage is excellent. I trust them and my quality for the price was outstanding in my opinion. They are a clean facility and that means a lot to me. How they keep the shop tells me that they care about the work that they do.I have used this shop several times and can honestly say I have no complaints about it.
Tips
It is very easy for a woman to be taken advantage of in the car repair business. My advise is to research and learn as much as you can about your car and what it should cost. There are websites out there that tell you what something should generally cost. Use it! And if you have to, take it to another garage for another mechanics opinion. I feel it is good to find a garage though where there are not different guys working each time I go there.
