Description of service
I had to have the center bearing replaced. I took it to a local dealership and they were able to identify the problem with a very short driving test. He scheduled the repair for that afternoon which involved dropping my driveshaft, removing and replacing the center bearing a part that was in stock, cleaning and lubing the shaft. He told me the time for the procedure the cost of labor, parts and tax up front and that parts and labor were guaranteed for as long as I owned the vehicle. He then asked if I needed a ride to work and would call and pick me up when the job was done. When the repair was completed they called me and scheduled the time to come and pick me up and take me pack to get my truck. He then showed me the malfunctioning bearing and invoiced me out for the up front price he gave me.
Review of Service
I would have to rate the service as outstanding in that I was given curb service while my truck was being repaired. The price was up front with no added on cost. The repair was completed on time and I was made to feel that my business was greatly appreciated. They were friendly professional and the environment inside was super clean.
Tips
I would look at local dealerships for service and repair. This one seemed to go out of their way to earn my business.
