Description of service
My car had been sputtering when it has been stopped at stop lights. There have been a few times where it would sputter so much that I was afraid the car would stall and I would have to call a tow truck. I took my car in for a check up and it would up being the spark plugs which I thing help send fuel to the engine. This would make sense why the car would sputter. Uneven fuel flow. $200 paid for the parts as well as the check up and labor. It took just one day. Unfortunately I was out of a car for one day.
Review of Service
Other than being out of a car for one day, my experience with the auto shop was flawless. The car no longer sputters and the mechanic explained everything to me in detail so I would understand what was wrong. I don't like getting my car repaired, but when I need to next time I will use this shop again. The best part was that they had the parts in stock so I didn't have to wait for them to get in which usually takes about a week. Good to have my car back even though it was just gone one day.
Tips
Make sure you trust your mechanic, otherwise you could easily be greatly overcharged. Repeat loyalty to a shop will help you save money next time since they know you are loyal to their shop.
