Description of service
I had noticed that my brakes were getting increasingly squeaky so I called the local dealership where I had purchased the car and had all of the previous check ups and oil changes done to see about getting it looked at. I went in for an estimate the same day that I contacted the dealership and told them the issue that I was having with the brakes and the noise that was coming from them. I paid three hunderd and twenty five dollars to replace the rear break pads, rotars and also to get my cars allignment fixed. I also paid a six percent sales tax on the total sale.
Review of Service
I was able to get my car in quickly, the mechanic that gave me the free estimate also walked me through the steps that he would suggest me to take. As he was showing me what the issues were and how he would go about fixing them he told me an exact price of each part and the estimate of how long and how much labor would be per task. I was able to make the final decision every step of the process!
Tips
Request a brief walk through like I talked about above, it will allow you to get an understanding of the importance of the job as well as make sure that you are getting what you are paying for!
