Review of Service
Having to replace the brakes was very important and the garage I took the car to did an excellent job. I was able to take the car the night before and drop a key off in an envelope in the door. To me, this is extremely convenient. I did not have to lose hours at work to get the car to the garage in the morning. The next day, my husband dropped the check off for payment and then I was able to get the car that evening. I could really tell a difference in the brakes after they were fixed. I had not realized how far I pushed the brake pedal in, until they were fixed and the amount of pressure on the brake pedal was correct. The garage gave me an estimate before the job started and allowed me the choice of accepting or declining. They also left the inside of the car clean and had put a paper floor mat down.
Tips
Before having a large car repair, get an estimate. Also call around to other garages to get estimates. An important thing consider is the length of time the garage will have the car and how long before they can complete the work on the car. Shop around; there are different deals and promotions at different garages.
