Description of service
Our Ford Explorer needed an inspection, so we took it in to have it inspected but the mechanic found that the truck needed rear brake pads as soon as possible. Of course we did not hesitate to have the brakes repaired as the Ford Explorer is used to transport our children and their safety is the most important thing. We paid one hundred-eighty dollars for parts and labor to have the rear brake pads replaced.
Review of Service
I think the quality of service we received was good. The repair shop is a well known, well trusted establishment and after comparing prices, we found them to be caparable to all the other shops in the area. The service was very quick, in fact it was done the same day we took it in. So far, everything has been great regarding the service, we have no complaints.
Tips
I would tell anyone needing car repairs to ask around about good repair shops that are trustworthy. Family and friends tend to be a good resource. There are a lot of shady establishments out there that are just looking to make a buck and do not care how much they charge you ot how sloppy their work is. I learned this the hard way a few years back and ever since, I do my homework before having my cars repaired.
