I have got motor malfunction in my dishwasher which i got repaired last year in December. Motor got burned out because of some electric fault happening in dishwasher and alongwith some wires also got burned. So i got my motor replaced and wires relaid in my dishwasher. The main part of the cost consists of the new motor cost which was $69 and rest some wires and changing cost.
Review of Service
I am satisfied with the work done, new motor is working good and theres been no problem in it since it is repaired. Dishwasher is working good. Good about the service was that the mechanic were quick to respond to the complaint and also they come to your house according to your convenience whenever you are free. Price charged was genuine since electric fault is not included in warranty and i got a new suzuki's motor replaced for $69 which is quite reasonable.
Tips
1. Always call the company engineers for the repair work rather than calling external mechanic, they maybe a little expensive but their work is authentic and calling external mechanic is also against the warranty policy.
2. Ensure the persons are genuine and see their company ID's before letting hem in.
