Description of service
Our dish washing machine went out last spring and we had to call a repair man to fix it, or face the cost of buying a new one. We found a repair man in the yellow pages, like we usually do, and called him up. The ad in the phone book said he fixed dish washers and that is why we went with this particular repair service. He came our home and looked over the machine and after studying it for a few minutes he quoted us $120 (which is exactly what I paid him) for the repair. I guess a motor had gone out and the replacement part was quite expensive. The $120 covered all parts, labor and taxes.
Review of Service
The repair man was very nice to us, and respected our home. He wasn't dirty, and didn't make a mess. After all was done, he took some of our dishes and gave them a test run - everything worked perfectly. We paid him on the spot and I still had to finish the dishes. Overall it was a good service and saved us some money from having to buy a new dish washer.
Tips
We always check the phone book for licensed repair men / women. You can all check the newspaper and or online for different companies that offer repair. Make sure you call around for different prices to see where you can get the best deal.
