For fifty dollars, my dishwasher was repaired, the sprayer was replaced, and it was tested fully in my home. The fifty dollars covered not only the repair, but the replacement parts, and the technician staying to ensure the dishwasher didn't malfunction again before he left.

The service I received was simply top notch. The repairman was great, answered my questions about what made the dishwasher malfunction in the first place, and explained to me thoroughly what part he was replacing and why it needed to be replaced. The service was excellent, the technician was very fast and efficient, and still managed to cover everything, without rushing me through explanations. There was not a single thing to complain about from this service. I think the price was absolutely amazing, considering they covered not only repair, but the replacement part and testing as well.

As for advice, always check around, get price quotes, and make phone calls to find out what your best options are. Do your research, make sure you know your dishwasher before it's repaired so you don't get cheated into repairs you don't need. The only thing I wish I had known before this repair was that the sprayer in my dishwasher was a commonly malfunctioning part. I would have gotten a different dishwasher!
