My dishwasher was overflowing and not cleaning my dishes well at all. So, I called the appliance repair company to have them come take a look at it. It was a new dishwasher and still under warranty so the only cost I had to pay out of pocket was to have the repair person come out and look at it. The cost was seventy-five dollars.

I feel like I received good quality service. The repair person was prompt and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher right away. He made adjustments to the machine and had it up and running like it was supposed to the very same day. I had no complaints about this service. I am really glad the dishwasher was still under warranty because I have no idea how much it would have cost otherwise.

I would say if you need your dishwasher repaired, double check to see if it is still under warranty and only use a repair shop that is approved by the warranty company. Usually, those repair shops are reputable establishments that you can trust. If not under warranty, ask your family and friends for recommendations on who they used for repairs. In addition, remember that sometimes it might be more cost effective to replace the dishwasher with a new one than to have it repaired.
