I had my dishwasher repaired for the second time.

The service was spectacular. This was the second time I had to have this company out to my house to repair my dishwasher. The first time it was something simple that the tech showed me how to do myself. This second time I was not so fortunate. The dishwasher I have came with out house when we purchased it, and I have had more than a few issues with it since we moved in. The dry cycle was no longer working for some reason, and the water wasn't getting hot. The heating coils weren't working properly, and needed to be adjusted (fortunately they didn't need to be replaced!). The tech was polite and understanding, and made necessary repairs without making a huge mess in my house. He explained everything he was doing, and only charged for the work he did. I would strongly recommend this company to any friends or family who have an appliance they need repaired.

I have saved a lot of money by having appliances and other items repaired rather than replaced. See if it is worth it to sink money into a repair before having it done--sometimes repairs are more costly than replacement.
