The water jet was not turning the usual way that it did when I first purchased the dishwasher. I called in a local appliance repairman to fix the problem. He offered free estimates and consultations.

The service was great. He was very timely and punctual. He offered free estimates and that's exactly what I received. He came to look at my dishwasher fully prepared to repair it. He looked at my jets and noticed that they were stuck and they weren't turning like the should. He gave me a price of how much he thought it would cost to repair the problem, and after I accepted the price, he went to work. I didn't have to wait for him to leave to get parts and come back. Like I said, he came prepared to work. He knew his prices were competitive, and he knew I would find his quote to be the best.
Tips
My best advice is to go with a local repairman. It seems like any other big name companies that manufacture and repair are very expensive to go with. This gentleman seemed very reasonable and competitive with his prices and his work was superb. I haven't had any other issues with my dishwasher after he came to repair it. I am very pleased with him and his work. I will definitely keep him in mind if something else were to happen.
