Description of service
My dishwasher decided to die one warm weekend early last fall. Well not die, but something broke on it. I was able to get a guy from the place that i bought the machine to come out and find what was wrong. After looking inside the machine for half an hour he pulled out a piece of metal that had snapped in half that controlled something with the water control. So he ordered the part. Luckily the part was only 20 dollars. However, the rest of the tab was for the labor call the first time, and the second time came back to put it in and make it work again.
Review of Service
He was very professional, and on time. The biggest problem that I had was waiting for the part to come in....ten days later. I felt that I got very good service, but 80 bucks per service call is a bit expensive. However, I don't know how to fix it, so I guess that's the price you have to pay to get a qualified technician out to see the problem.
Tips
Understand that labor costs for most house work is increasing. eventually you just have to get used to it. Beyond that I really don't have anything else to suggest.
