Description of service
One day our dishwasher began leaking the soap onto the floor from the bottom hinge. We stopped the machine, cleared out all the dishes and tried to see what was causing the leaking. Eventually we called someone to come out and look at it. All in all we ran an extra cleaning product along with our normal dish soap so it caused the leak, we should have ran only one individually. The technician charged us a diagnostic fee of $50 just to come out and look at the machine.
Review of Service
The service was great, the technician really had nothing to do but he did inspect the entire machine none the less. The best part about the service was the technician, he was friendly, knowledgable, and was not trying to over charge us for his services. We could have done all this work ourselves but to have him come out to check regardless, we received a good value for the price.
Tips
If you are handy around the house, try to determine what the problem may be before hiring someone to do it. Most places will charge a flat fee just to come out then they will make charges based on the work they need to do.
