Description of service
I had bought my dishwasher in October 2008 and didn't expect it to start having problems within five or six months but then again these electronic gadgets aren't as reliable as we want them to be, but the problem with my dishwasher wasn't so major, so didn't cost me much of my money. Actually it required a replacement of the part that heats up the water for washing using electricity. The people of the company gave a closer look at the device and came up with the conclusion that they will replace it rather than repair it so that there isn't a problem in the future. The cost was divided such that the part cost around $25 and the rest were service charges.
Review of Service
The service quality of the service was good, they( the servicemen) did the job neatly. So that no other damage is done to the device. And it took around 2 hours for the whole service, the analysis, the replacement and the testing were all done in front of my eyes for complete costumer satisfaction. Its been around 4 months now and the dishwasher is working perfectly. So the overall quality was good.
Tips
Just make sure, you know the problem your dishwasher is having and make sure you know how a dishwasher works, And before you go in for its repair make sure you know the common problems a dishwasher can have and what are the respective costs.
