Description of service
After a trip down a dirt road, my civic needed a front end alignment. After calling around for prices, I found one shop that was not only much cheaper than the other (By about ten dollars), and they were able to get me in the same day.
All of the other shops I had called had wanted $79.99 to do the alignment and not all would be able to get me in right away.
Review of Service
I felt the service was performed quickly and professionally. The only thing that I didn't like was that the waiting room only had four chairs and the place was pretty busy, so I had to stand for about 20 minutes while my car was being worked on.
The job also came with a warranty that makes me feel a bit better about the job they did. At least I know that they are willing and able to stand behind the work they have done.
Tips
Try to get in touch with the actual mechanic who will be working on your vehicle. That way there is no attempt to play telephone and you can communicate the problem with the car directly to him.
Make sure you have liability insurance on your vehicle or else the shop may not be willing to service it, especially if they need to drive it to test the repair.
