Description of service
The auto repairmen were to look at my vehicle to determine what was making a loud grinding noise, as well as look at my oil line because the oil gauge was varying day by day.
Review of Service
The service was good. I had to have the car towed because the closest service shop was about 30 miles away, and I wasn't comfortable driving there without knowing what the noise was and how my car would react. They were prompt in service and kept in good contact with me throughout the service time. I was concerned as to what the noise was coming from what sounded like the wheel well, and they assured me it was only the oil filter cover dragging on the road from there it looks like something came off of the road and hit the screw loose. The oil line was punctured slightly and they repaired it for free because of my Honda Roadside Assistance card.
Tips
Make sure to get Roadside Assistance card as this will cut down on your towing price and it will also cut down on some of the actual labor costs of some repair shops (Zanesville, Ohio location was one of those repair shops).
