Description of service
I went in to get new tires put on my 2006 Honda Civic. I went to a local dealer in Heath, Ohio. When I had bought the car there before, they advertised a "Free Tires for Life" sale. I took advantage of it thinking that I would receive, in fact, free tires for life. I took my car in and they put on the new tires and I also received a free balance and mounting fee. they also straightened my steering a bit to make my car flawless.
Review of Service
I believe the service was top notch. The only thing I was concerned about was that they charged me $60.00 for labor costs. It wasn't a big deal considering the average cost for new tires on my car was around $400.00. For a savings of $360.00, I gladly paid the $60.00 and went about my day. They also allowed me to take advantage of renting a car from their lot for the day while my car was being worked on. This is something you don't find everywhere or at most any other mechanics.
Tips
Find a dealer close to you. If you buy a car from a dealer that is a great distance away from where you live, you may find yourself driving a great distance just to get a standard oil change or tire service because you're not allowed, under warranty to get the service done anywhere else.
