Description of service
My car was about 11 years old and I have driven it for 5 years. I worked greatly before there was a noise in the transmission system. I went to an auto service shop and they told me it would cost about four hundred bucks. I shopped around for a couple of days and finally decided to stay and have it repaired. The first thing according to them is to find out what part is having trouble. After about 1 hour they told me the part that caused the noise is expensive and should be replaced. They also told me the service cost would be the same : 400 bucks, but the part would cost an additional 100 bucks. Upon this point, I had no choice but to accept. The labor took another 1 hour, and after totally two hours I drove my car home.
I looked whey they were operating on my car. I think the problem was severe, and the cost is reasonable based the answers I got from my other inquiries. The only thing I do not like is that the part cost is too high. I could have got it for a mere 60 bucks!

The service in general is good, and I do not regret for having repaired my car there. I would recommend to friends.

shop around before you decide the best repairing location.
Also, make sure the part cost is reasonable. You should do online searching to find out the exact price of the parts.
