Description of service
The local club lets you pay for a month at a time if you are interested in only taking the classes. I do not go every day, but you could if you wanted to. I end up going to class about 3 times a week, which is about 12 classes a month. I don't know if that is a good value, but I love the instructor and the other people in the class. It makes it fun and motivates me to keep going. Sometimes I get a few more classes in per month. We do about an hour of exercise, including warming up, stretching and cooling down. You can follow at your own pace, so the instructor shows what a beginner can do to make the moves a bit easier at first. If you keep going, you will soon learn what your challenging moves are.
Review of Service
I think this is an amazing form of relaxation, that strengthens your body core at the same time. It is the kind of thing that once you get going, you will always want to do, because of the release of all the day's cares - it feels so good - especially if you don't overdo it at the beginning.
Tips
You have to learn to pace yourself and not try to start out too fast, or working too hard. You will be sore, so you have to ease into it, or you won't be able to move for a few days.
