Description of service
My fiancee and I decided to do some activities together and we decided first to do pilates. We chose a local fitness club that offers pilates class and we signed up. They went over all the different techniques of pilates and what pilates can be used for as far as weight loss, spritual well being, and many other items.
Review of Service
The quality of this service was amazing. We are still going to the class and we feel like we have been integrated well into a class where we were only beginners. Neither one of us felt overwhelmed with the amount of work that went into pilates. The instructor was the same friendly lady every time we went. She did not make us feel singled out because we were beginners. She made us feel like we had been in pilates for years. She was friendly, she always had a smile, and the classes were very organized and easy to follow. We were even given some exercises to do at home to make ourselves better when we came in for the next class.
Tips
Go to a local small fitness club and nothing to overwhelming. Don't enroll in an advanced class if you're truly not advanced. Know your limits and know how far you can push yourself.
