Description of service
I paid for 3 initial visits with a professional pilates instructor. The payment I made included use of all the equipment while the trainer was there. It was an hour and a half long and it was personal one on one training. Each time I was there I learned more about the stretches and different pilates activities. She helped to stretch my core muscles so I wouldn't bulk up and she really taught me a lot about how to use the machines. Without her I wouldn't have been able to learn on my own. Once you know what to do though I feel like you can do it without anyone's help as long as you have access to all of those machines.
Review of Service
The professional pilates trainer was really nice and helped a lot. She was very patient and taught me the correct techniques. I had never done pilates before and I really enjoyed the workout. I was very sore later and it was something that I thought was very interesting. The place was very clean and everything was disinfected after each use. The price was pretty inexpensive for 3 sessions. Once you know what to do then you can go ahead and not pay a trainer and possibly just use the facility.
Tips
First find somewhere that is willing to sign you up for short-term and will let you go ahead and try the place out. Pilates is not for everyone. It isn't an agressive or physical sport so some people may want to be on it.
