Description of service
instruction in beginning, intermediate, and advanced pilates to properly and quickly firm, tighten, and tone trouble areas for women of all ages.
Review of Service
Pilates is perhaps one of my favorite ways to work out. It combines strength and aerobic exercise to really get into fantastic shape. Classes are about an hour each, and you are allowed to pay per class, so if you don't like it or can't make a class, you don't have to play for it. All equipment is provided, but students are encouraged to bring their own if they have it. Instructors are knowledgeable and courteous and teach excellent technique to students of all skill level. Instructors also give tips and tricks for healthy eating, and exercises to do when you are outside of class to target trouble spots and to maintain a pilates perfect body, even if you can't make it to three classes a week.
Tips
If you aren't good at pilates right away, don't give up. There are a lot of modifications that can be done to exercises in order to make them easier or harder, depending on your skill level. The more you practice, the better you will be, and the better your results of the exercises.
