Description of service
If you were a new student this company offered a one week unlimited trial for only $20, which was great for me as I was interested in trying Pilates but not willing to pay some of the prices. The classes are an hour and a half, there are classes every couple of hours throughout the day starting early in the morning and going late at night. Mats, water, towels and anything else they may use in the class is not included in the price although they do have everything for either rent or to buy in the front of the building, just in case you come unprepared.
Review of Service
Everyone made me feel really comfortable, seeing as it was my first time they took me around and showed me where everything was, they told me what was needed in the class and asked whether or not I had it and whether I needed anything. The instructor was really great and introduced himself before the class to me as he knew I was new and went out of his way to make sure I was doing all the positions and exercises right. And after the class they asked me how I liked it and ensured me not to give up that the first class is always the hardest.
Tips
Come prepared with alot of water, rent a mat at first if it is your first time and bring a towel with you as it can get sweaty and if its your first time then look for companies that offer free or lowered price trials.
