Description of service
The class I went to was one hour and included a good warm/up & cool/down section, in addition to the strengthening session. There was an instructor up front giving direction and showing the moves. There was also another person who came around and gave helpful tips to get more from your workout - helped me figure out what I was doing wrong at times and kept the pace going with tons of encouragement. It was a full work out without impact which was what I need. They gave some nutritional information as part of the session I was in, kind of a product endorsement, which I did not mind.
Review of Service
This was an excellent instructor and the class size was fair to mid sized so it took some explanations, since all the people were at different levels. That didn't seem to be a problem and everything was explained very clearly so that even for my first time, I felt pretty successful. I think they really emphasized doing the moves to the best of your ability, but not trying to go too far with it. Building strength and stamina gradually. I thought it was an excellent value, and maybe it is an introductory price.
Tips
Look for a class that has a good instructor. That will make all the difference. I also think it is important to find a place with a pool, so you can swim to loosen up.
