I signed up for pilates classes for a total of $190 for 8 sessions.They were 8 group mat sessions for beginners.A very semi private group with no more than 6 int he class.
Review of Service
I though this kind of class environment would not be for me,but I was wrong.I enjoyed it.They provided a safe and supportive environment.I have learned and gained lots of personal attention and postural habits, muscle imbalances, gain strength, and have improved flexibility, balance, and coordination.This was the first step for me in this kind of environment.i enjoyed the professionalism and support form the staff and facility.I felt very welcome and at ease.
Tips
Pilates classes tends to be expensive because of the high cost of pilates instructor training, the extensive level of expertise that such training needed.A good Pilates teacher will help you correct weaknesses in your form and practice that you might not discover on you own.You could do reformer classes and some less expensive mat classes. You might even consider taking only mat classes.i have done the mat classes which was great for a beginner.Pilates classes are not for everyone.Sit in on a class to get an idea of the environment
