Description of service
I had heard so many good things about pilates classes I wanted to try them. I signed up for the intro session of 6 classes and am very glad I did. The classes were about 10 - 15 students and a a wide variety of age groups and types of people. The exercises were easy to follow and I felt very beneficial. I felt good after the class, not dripping in sweat, but like I had really worked my core muscles and my entire body.
Review of Service
I am happy with the classes and the service I received, I have signed up for another set of classes. The instructor is easy to follow and I really feel I get a great workout. There is alot of resistance and strength training in the class, and I feel like I am getting a great overall workout for my core muscle group. I took aerobics for many years and never felt this good. Pilates seems more balanced, focused and deliberate, you work your body but at a reasonable pace and use your own body weight as resistance for many of the moves.
Tips
I definitely recommend Pilates classes, just try one and you will be hooked. The cost is about the same as other exercise classes, so there is nothing to lose. It is a great investment of your time.
