Pilates can and does improve your overall health. The exercises are very effective for helping to tone the muscles and achieve a longer, leaner look, without creating bulk. They will help you to reduce stress and beat fatigue, as well as build up your self-confidence and heighten your sense of well-being.
You will start to look and feel great, and move with grace and balance, that comes from improved coordination and greater muscle flexibility. Pilates exercises have been designed to work the muscles of the body as efficiently as possible in the minimum amount of time. Some of the benefits of Pilates are improved balance, less stress, more efficient digestion, increased oxygen intake, better circulation, improved skin, enhanced immune system, sculpted body, and greater strength and coordination.
The prices are the following:
Intro to Pilates Package: $275 (includes 5 Private sessions with a Certified Instructor)
Individual Sessions: $80
Two students with one instructor: $50 per person
Three students with one instructor: $45 per person
Combo Class: $30 - The traditional Pilates exercises performed on the floor/mat and tower.
Mat Class: $18 - The traditional Pilates exercises performed on the floor/mat.
Elite Package: $2500 (25% off all sessions and classes--must be used within 180 days of purchase)
Platinum Package: $1000 (15% off all sessions and classes--must be used within 180 days of purchase)
Gold Package: $500 (10% off all sessions and classes--must be used within 90 days of purchase)
Green Package: $300 (5% off all sessions and classes--must be used within 90 days of purchase)
Review of Service
It was my first time so I choose the intro to pilates package, which includes 5 private sessions with a certified instructor. The service was great! I paid $275. I found it a Little bit expensive, but I liked it so much that I decided attend the mat class twice per week. This is the traditional pilates exercises performed on the floor/mat.
Tips
1) Don't forget to wear clean socks because you don't wear your shoes during the lesson.
2) Wear comfortable workout clothing, like long pants or tights. Don't wear zippers, snaps, etc. that might get caught on equipment or scratch the upholstery.
3) Avoid wearing too many jewels. It might get caught on the equipment.
