Beginning, intermediate, and advanced pilates classes to tone, firm, and sculpt and to create long, lean muscle mass in people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. I went to a once a week intermediate clas.
Review of Service
I love pilates classes. I used to take beginning pilates classes every other Saturday, but I moved to an intermediate class which meets once a week. It is intense, but very rewarding. The instructors are motivating and knowledgeable, making this class easy to push through mentally. Physically, it is one of the most demanding things I have done in a long time, and my muscles begin screaming at me about a quarter of the way through each class. It teaches strength and endurance, as well as keeping a positive mind-set to continue pushing through even when you don't want to. The results are a firmer, more toned look, and more energy and a better sense of self-confidence and well-being. I can't wait until I am ready for a more advanced pilates class, and will continue these classes for as long as I am able to.
Tips
Don't give up if you don't get it at first. Hang in there, and you will very quickly see the results and benefits of a good pilates workout!
