Description of service
I attended a pilates class locally just once and it was a one on one instruction type of class. The class alternated from mat room to equipment room. It was designed to challenge the core and really worked out muscles I had never used. It was a mixture of mat pilates and then arm, legs and butt routines. It is to improve strength, coordination, and balance utilizing all my body. My instructor was very nice and patient and the service lasted for over an hour.
Review of Service
I thought for my first yoga lesson this was excellent and was more instructional than was actually a good workout, but I am sure if I went more than just once it would have helped and I would have done things faster. It was a bit boring to me because I am used to physical sports or running but it is good for strength training and muscle defiinition and I would do it every once in awhile. I would recommend it for those who don't like physical sports, running, or gym excercise.
Tips
Do the pilates that includes the machines that you use because this is the best workout and really burns calories and helps build muscle definition.
