the Price of Pilates Classes

For the price of $40, I received four, sixty minute Pilates classes on a mat. The payment not only included the session itself, but all the equipment we used (we did two mat classes and two equipment classes), and a question answer twenty minute session before the first class.

The quality of the service was superb. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, even giving us tips about doing Pilates at home, or tapes and videos we could buy to further our knowledge. (Surprisingly enough, this wasn't a plug for their store, she gave us free ones we could find online!) I was amazed by the class. With just one class I was extremely energized, less lethargic, and not even sore the next day. I have absolutely no complaints about this class. I think the class was outstanding for the price, and I got a price cut for buying a four class session, than just a one class.

As far as advice, as always, do your research. Most, if not all, gyms and studios now have web pages. Check out the user comments, see what other people have had to say. The only thing I wish I had known before this class is how addictive Pilates is! I did the classes a spur of the moment thing, and now I wish I had bought a larger pack!
