Description of service
Just to get a feel of what pilates is, i attended a pilates sesion. It was at a local gym. Since it was a trial introductory class, i had to pay just $20 for the entire session which lasted for about an hour. Pilates is a combination of various desciplines which include aerobics, meditation and variour other forms of exercising.
Review of Service
The trial class was a wonderful experience. Just after a single session i was feeling so fit and fine. Now i am planning of joining regular pilates classes. Some pwople might find this form of exercise a bit boring but believe me, i think this is the best form of exercise as overall development os stressed upon. The instructors were great and laid stress on each one of us. Moreover, i was extremely happy with the fact that i got to atend this session at such a low price.
Tips
Pilates is an excellent way of staying fit and at the same time maintaining a full control over your mind, body and soul. So if your schedule permits, you must regularly go in for pilates session. Since pilates is normally done on the floor on a mat, you must not sport any extra equipment and the clothing should be such that it does not interfere with the free body movement.
